We, at SGCS follow the CBSE curriculum. CBSE is committed to provide quality education to promote intellectual, social and cultural vibrancy among its learners. It focuses to adapt innovative methods to achieve academic excellence in conformity with psychological, pedagogical and social principles. The students are assessed and graded on the basis of continuous evaluation for which regular assessments and examinations are conducted.
A play-way method of instruction, based on the Montessori method as well as the modern way are adopted. Emphasis is laid on acquiring linguistic & logical ability and nurturing multiple intelligences by adopting innovative methods to stimulate interest and attention among the students. The kids are also introduced into a world of art, music, dance and physical activities.

The main objective of this stage is to help the children make experiences in life and the courses of the study. We provide a wide range of learning opportunities for our students and encourage them to be active participants in their educational plan. We use tools like smart class which utilise audio-visual aids to ensure deeper understanding of concepts.
This phase of schooling aims at heading towards the growing impetus of every student. As per the board guidelines, the prime focus of our curriculum is on innovations in teaching-learning methodologies by devising student friendly and student centered paradigms. Problem solving, higher order thinking and acquisition of life skills are given top priority at this stage of school education.
